By purchasing a Motor Kit it is agreed that this document is a legal binding contract which supersedes any other agreements or representations, and is intended to provide a comprehensive release of liability. I understand that this is a legally binding agreement. I understand that all riders must wear a bicycle helmet whenever riding an ebike. I understand that the front motor motor kit is to be used only with steel forks. I understand that this motor kit is not a toy and bicycles equipped with the kit shall only be ridden by persons 16 years of age or older.

I understand that if I don't have the expertise to install the kit properly, I will obtain professional assistance. I understand that regular maintenance, particularly tightening the motor axle nuts, is required to keep the converted electric bike in a safe condition. I understand that if the axle nuts become loose and the axle spins, the motor can come out of the fork, resulting in serious injury. By ordering this kit from Doug's E-Bike Solutions, you indicate that you have read and understood this agreement. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doug's E-Bike Solutions, it's owners, officers, and employees from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person arising out of or connected in any way to the use of these motor kits. I realize that riding an electric bike is an activity that may expose me to the risk of personal injury and I accept all risk.

Furthermore, I do hereby waive any claims for any personal or property damage or loss I may sustain as a result of any act, or failure to act, by any Doug's E-Bike Solutions employee or agent, arising directly or indirectly from the use of this motor kit. I hereby assume all liability for any loss, damage, or other liability I may incur from use of the motor kit. I understand and agree that this agreement will be interpreted pursuant to all laws. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall be given full force and effect.
